REVISION SUMMARY
  BUG: 386360

Change the Close button to a Cancel button in the KCM's connection removal dialog. Ideally I would use Remove/No, which is what all the non-QML dialogs use, but QML MessageDialog does not allow the use of custom button strings, and there is no Remove button. Oh well.

TEST PLAN
Tested in KDE Neon. The dialog now has Ok/Cancel buttons:

REPOSITORY
  R116 Plasma Network Management Applet

BRANCH
  386360_remove_dialog_buttons
