REVISION SUMMARY
  Since Qt 5.10 a new hint exists that we didn't set and so no shortcuts were shown in menus.

TEST PLAN
  Thanks Fabian for finding this, see also QTBUG-49435
  
  I now get shortcuts shown in context menus again.
  
  I'd say 5.11 branch, even though Qt 5.10 is not out yet it's due End of November.
