TEST PLAN
  This fixes startup tasks in icon tasks not merging with a launcher.
  For me dolphin startup task has `/usr/share/applications/org.kde.dolphin.desktop` application id whereas the launcher was stored as `applications:org.kde.dolphin.desktop`
