Thanks Ivan and Marco for sorting that out.
Aside from xdg-desktop-portal-kde all of Plasma now builds on the new CI system.

If you use the test results produced by the CI system please check
https://build-sandbox.kde.org/view/Plasma/ to ensure everything is
working as expected.
