D5240: Stop perpetual search state for StaticXml KNS stuff

REVISION SUMMARY
  If this code is the other way around, as the comment says, because of the direct connect nature of same-thread signal/slot connection, we may end up setting this to true if we do not set it before the call. So... that took a while to track down ;)

TEST PLAN
  The KNS supplied fonts in Plasma Addons -> Fonts did not show up before. They do now.
