REVISION SUMMARY
  Forward plasmoid status to the SNI and when the applet changes its title or icon update it.

TEST PLAN
  Ran `plasmawindowed org.kde.plasma.mediacontroller --statusnotifier`
  
  Started playback, SNI became active, icon turned into "playing". Paused playback, icon turned into "paused". Stopped playback, SNI hid itself.
