D5216: [Widget Explorer] Better align add widgets menu

REVISION SUMMARY
  Since the button is at the bottom, it would wrap to show above the desired location covering the button.
  Using openRelative with appropriate placement makes the menu always show up emerging from the top of the button.

TEST PLAN
  Menu is properly placed now, during testing I discovered a crash fixed by https://phabricator.kde.org/D5215
