  1. kill plasma and kamd
  2. rm .config/kactivitymanagerd-statsrc
  3. echo "delete from ResourceLink" | sqlite3 ~/.local/share/kactivitymanagerd/resources/database
  4. restart kamd and plasma
  
  This should be it.

  Unfortunately, I don't see a valid way to do this without accessing the related configuration files directly.
