REVISION SUMMARY
  This enables opening website urls (e.g. http://www.kde.org) through Kickoff and Application Dashboard. Also allows it to find folders (e.g. "Pictures") and makes it consistent with Kickoff.

TEST PLAN
  - Typed "http://www.kde.org/" was offered "Open http:/..."
  - Typed Pictures, got my Pictures folder in the results
