D4980: [Folder View] Visualize hidden files

REVISION SUMMARY
  This renders hidden files with reduced opacity similar to what Dolphin does.
  Dolphin uses KPixmapEffects but we're hardware-accelerated so just use the magic 0.6 opacity we use everywhere...

TEST PLAN
  There's not yet actually an option to show those files but there will be eventually
