Proposal for option to modify state's and menu's launcher icons

Hi, I use vertical menu and I think that icons of state and menu
launcher should also have resize option available. Please, take a look
in attachment. After upgrade plasma to 5.10, i cannot set size matched
icon. Take a look at first(menu launcher) icon. Respectfully, Filip.
