  For reference, here is how it looked in KDE4 with toolbar font sizes 7pt, 8pt (default), 9pt (same as menu bar) (please ignore font sizes being larger for Plasma 5 in general as introduced in https://phabricator.kde.org/R135:67d27e23fd58a47c29e11d01c08f862b83228144):

  Personally, I like the smaller toolbar font size, as this allows for more buttons horizontally.
  
  @jensreuterberg: What would be the best place to start a discussion about a new default size? (Forum, Phabricator task, Phabricator Differential?)
