REVISION SUMMARY
  This allows adding images (for image wallpaper) and folders (for slideshow) by dragging them into the list of images/folder.

TEST PLAN
  Unfortunately dropping is a bit flaky with the GridView, even though DropArea is outside, the cursor changes between acceptable and unacceptable as I move the mouse. PrentStealing and z over 9000 didn't help. For folder it's just fine.
