KWin 5.10.3.1 update

KWin has received an update to the 5.10.3 release. 5.10.3.1 contains a fix for
 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=381870
 Freeze in KWin::checkGLError on startup
which affects machines with an NVidia card.
