D6472: Fix plasmashell.desktop hidden=true

Restricted Application added a project: Plasma.

REVISION SUMMARY
  For icons to work in wayland we need a desktop file in apps with the
  name org.kde.plasmashell.
  
  Being in apps would cause it to appear in the menu unless hidden=true is
  set.
  
  For autostart to work we need a desktop file with hidden=false
  
  This installs two different .desktop files.
