Plasma Meeting minutes 16-01-2017

* [FV/General] Changed plasma-frameworks default tooltip delegate not to truncate tooltip maintext, fixes truncated file names in FV tooltips
* [FV] Still need review from Kai (or others) for updated spring-loading Phab -> https://phabricator.kde.org/D4103

* [TM/General] 50% of a fix for plasmoid.screenGeometry not updating on screen resolution changes (notmart did the other half), fixes tasks disappearing
