REVISION SUMMARY
  - Get rid of the unwieldy "Show a launcher when not running" and use Pin instead
  - Clarify that "Add to Panel" adds a widget to distinguish from adding to Task Manager
  - Use "Pin to Task Manager" in launchers as well
