KCM opened through systemtray applet

When opening the Energy Saving settings page through the Battery & Brightness
system tray applet, the window is taller than my screen (900px) and is not
capable of being resized. Opening Energy Saving through the full system
settings interface is resizeable and has a scrollbar, and therefore doesn't
have this issue.

I am using Plasma 5.8.5 with the Breeze widget and kwin theme.

Steps to reproduce:
- Set the screen vertical resolution to 900px or less
- Right click on 'Battery & Brightness' in the systemtray, and choose
'Configure power saving...'
