[Differential] [Request, 3 lines] D3916: TaskManager: Hide tooltip after activating task

REVISION SUMMARY
  So that the tooltip doesn't unnecessarily cover activated window.
  
  Also under high load it can happen that after clicking on task and
  then quickly moving mouse out of the taskmanager, the tooltip is shown
  for a split second.
