REVISION SUMMARY
  The Appmenu applet doesn't use the AppMenu module, and it interferes
  with the applet.

TEST PLAN
  Set menus to in decoration
  Pressed alt+f, it appeared
  Changed it to be in the applet
  pressed alt+f, nothing happened
