TEST PLAN
  Placed the following in kdeglobals
  
    [KDE Control Module Restrictions]
    kcm_pulseaudio.desktop=false
  
  No longer got "Volume" thing in volume applet settings.
  
  Plasma doesn't find KCMs when you add `.desktop` to the applet's metadata file, so always appending `.desktop` is fine imho.
