REVISION SUMMARY
  KToolTipWidget (introduced by kwidgetsaddons 5.30) supersedes the
  tooltip code (originally forked from Dolphin) in systemsettings.

TEST PLAN
  Tooltips still work, both in X11 and Wayland.
