REVISION SUMMARY
  Otherwise when dropping onto a folder in the FolderView it would give you a prompt about what to do with the mime data and would then save the DBus service path in that file, rather than extracting files.

TEST PLAN
  - Dragged a file from an ark archive to root of desktop:/ → still works
  - Dragged a file from an ark archive to a folder in desktop:/ → now works
  
  - Dragged a file from an ark archive to root of /home/foo/Pictures → still works
  - Dragged a file from an ark archive to a folder in /home/foo/Pictures → now works
  
  - Dragged a file from Dolphin to desktop:/ → still works
  - Dragged a file from Dolphin to a folder in desktop:/ → still works
