D9122: Implement QQmlParserStatus in FolderModel

REVISION SUMMARY
  This saves four calls to `invalidateFilter()` during startup with
  default config. With non-default config it will save various
  calls to `invalidate()` and `invalidateFilter()` more.

TEST PLAN
  Tests pass with adjustments.
