failing build tests

The high gods of KDE have made it tricky to release tars unless the
build is marked as green in build.kde.org

Plasma 5.9.5 is due for release tomorrow.  This change means the
following repos will not get a release without begging for mercy to
the high gods:

plasma-workspace
plasma-sdk
plasma-desktop
libkscreen
kwin
kde-cli-tools
discover

In master kscreenlocker and plasma-integration are also broken while
kwin is pleasingly green

Anyone fancy fixing them?
