D5569: thumbnail ioslave: Port away from KDELibs4Support

REVISION SUMMARY
  This change removes the build and runtime requirement for KDELibs4Support from the thumbnail ioslave and therefore, along with the previously submitted changes to the other subdirectories, from the entire kio-extras package.
  
  There are no actual code changes involved here, just removing unused header files.

TEST PLAN
  Built kio-extras with this change, checked correct operation of thumbnail generation in file managers.
