D5560: Archive ioslave: Port away from KDELibs4Support

REVISION SUMMARY
  This change removes the build and runtime requirement for KDELibs4Support from the archive-based ioslaves (ar, tar and zip).

TEST PLAN
  Built kio-extras with this change, all autotests pass, checked correct operation of those ioslaves with their appropriate archive formats.
