D5269: Register touch screen edges in effects

REVISION SUMMARY
  All effects which use a (pointer) screen edge now also support the touch
  screen edges. These are:
  
  - Cube (cylinder, sphere)
  - DesktopGrid
  - PresentWindows (current, all, class)
