[Differential] [Request, 7 lines] D2835: add a temporary timer

REVISION SUMMARY
  purely for testing purposes (and testing the cache),
  add some debug output that prints how many milliseconds
  elapsed since the corona was created every time a panel
  is ready and appears
  it's difficult to be really sure "it's loaded"
  so put an output when panels do appear, that are the last thing
  that gets loaded in the sesison
