Looking to contribute - Porting appmenu to QMenuModel

At the moment, I don't, but it won't be a problem at all. There's loads of
info in the wiki. I don't have the time to set it up right now, I'll do it
later.

I guess I could port the client to QMenuModel without much trouble, the QPT
part is totally unknown to me though.
