On-screen keyboard on plasma

You need:
* Qt 5.7
* QtVirtualKeyboard module installed
* Wayland session

With that combination you can have the virtual keyboard to show for Qt 
(Wayland) applications. The keyboard shows automatically if there is no 
hardware alpha-numeric keyboard attached (idea here is that with a convertible 
we disable the keyboard when switching to tablet mode). Otherwise there is a 
SNI in the hidden section where you can enable it.

Further plans:
* Make it work on lockscreen
* Ensure keyboard doesn't cover windows
* Add maliit support for GTK and X applications
* bring it to X11 (only makes sense with maliit)
