[Differential] [Request, 11 lines] D2664: Change switchWidth and height to small defaults

REVISION SUMMARY
  On most screens the applet is shown in its icon representation, which
  hardly makes sense and gives people the impression that it's broken.
  
  Remove reference to invalid function
  
  plasmoid.nativeInterface.checkAuthorization was removed when moving from
  KDE 4 to KF5.
