Is it possible to know the panel's anchoring?

Kai, I dont think so...
panel.location describes where the panel is placed,
bottom, top, left, right. Not how it is anchored,

for example a panel is placed at left but is anchored at
bottom... The bottom value can not be accessed from
panel.location. is it?
