forgot another managed case:

when two or more screens have an overlapping geometry, only one (the bigger, 
ideally) of those screens is considered, no desktops or panels should be 
created for the other overlapping screens, as the other screens will show all 
or part of the main screen, including desktops and panels, achieving what's 
usually called "clone mode"
