Thanks to kensington for pointing out that the khelpcenter tar is wrongly taken from KDE Applications which where it has moved to.  I've replaced that tar with the khelpcenter 5.6.3 tar now

But if you are packaging kde applications you should just ignore this version of khelpcenter
