REVISION SUMMARY
  As suggested by Martin, this needs usability group input on wording, icon, and when to show it or not.
  
  When you have a convertible and you flip it so that your keyboard is disabled, it will indicate to the user that now the virtual keyboard / On screen keyboard is enabled instead. The same would probably hapen when you have a touchscreen and you unplug your keyboard.
