Proposal: kde-libs.org, a repository of contributed libraries

I didn't know https://inqlude.org/ . Some things I see:
 
- It seems to be for big libraries, not for little, user-contributed libraries.
- It seems to be for C++ qt libraries, not for pure qml plasmoid libraries.
- It seems to be an index of libraries, not a repository of libraries.
 
I proposed something similar to http://kde-apps.org/ (but for libraries instead of programs) because it is a repository (stores the software), allows browsing/searching by cathegory (a cathegory could be "qml plasmoid libraries"), it is easy to upload the software by the author, and it is easy to browse/search software by the visitors. So it is ideal as a repository for little, contributed libraries. In few words, the bazaar model in the free software ecosystem.
 
Perhaps https://inqlude.org/ can evolve to something like that, but in this moment I think that http://kde-apps.org/ could be easily adapted to the proposal.

Isn't that what inqlude.org should be?
