If I use Breeze Dark then System Settings looks weird. Gradient has these weird
striations. The issue occurs only with dark color schemes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change color schemes to dark
2. Open System Settings
3.


Expected Results:  
System Settings with dark color schemes without striations
