[Powerdevil] [Bug 359142] powerdevil ignores "even when external monitor connected" option

version 5.6.0 still affected, but it looks like some sort of problem with
configuration;

deleting configuration files & logout & login seems to get rid of this issue:
rm ~/.config/power*
