Changes

the final solution would be to have the top previews for the select area like in plasma theme kcm or ksplash, look and feel, ... If someone can make it happen, would be awesome the code should be already there, so it look like a new arangement.

this review request will move only the buttons to the right area, but it's a good starting point, so if it will work a ship it would be nice.
