Plasma depending on Qt 5.6.1 shortly

Qt 5.6.1 is now out, should the plasma-workspace depend on 5.6.0 be bumped to 5.6.1?

This would inconvenience distros who had the patched Qt 5.6.0 but not
yet have 5.6.1 packaged but they (we) can always patch it back out again.

Does anything else in Plasma need to depend on Qt 5.6?
