REVISION SUMMARY
  don't hardcode -a as the internal systray screen anymore.
  give it the new customembeddedcontainment containment type, and ignore those in panel creation.
  the old systray logic in containmentforscreen gets reused.

TEST PLAN
  tried to move the panel from one screen to another, notifications screen went from 0 to 1
