New maintainers wanted: KDE Telepathy, KAccounts, Plasma Notifications and others

Hi,

thanks for your hard work and good luck with your new job! :)

I'd love taking over KNotifications with the Plasma Notification applet as I would really like to move that stack forward to better follow Plasma's mantra of not standing in the user's way.

I already made a wiki page [1] with some thoughts and ideas that might be worth trying out.
