REVISION SUMMARY
  Ksmerver now starts the logout greeter binary instead of creating
  the KSMShutdownDlg. The complete interaction to logout is now performed
  in an async, non-blocking way.

TEST PLAN
  Successfully cancelled logout and performed logout and shutdown
