Window thumbnail discussion

The problem:
mini thumbnails possibly application controlled

marco and sebas will work on a mini framework: KF5WindowMetadata

Interface sketch:
org.kde.lwin.thumbnails1  -> exposed by kwin
 /thumbnails1
    register()


client registers to kwin,
taskbar asks to kwin a preview for that window id (real id on x11 or fake
id on wayland)
kwin knows te pid of the app, so asks to that pid the thumbnail of window
id, if doesn't answer creates a scaled down screenshot

probably aiming to a refresh every second at most
