Good. One note though: I do not have a Plasma master setup here, but am working against stable 5.5 from packages. And have simply hacked the toplevel CMakeLists.txt locally to only build the weather applet and the weather dataengine, as if they are a project on their own.
So when adapting to the upcoming "Configure..." stuff, I will need your/somebodies help, as I currently have no time to invest into a plasma dev setup.

Myself giving the left porting TODOs/issues some look now.
Will also look to port the other weather station providers in plasma-workspace, and see why the noaa ion dataengine seems to not deliver stations and thus results in endless waiting on search.
