Theming issues noted while porting Weather applet

Ah, seems that is only an issue if using Systemsettings/Workspace Theme/Look 
And Feel (that big everything-theming).

If there one switches between dark and breeze meta themes, then for some 
reason the updates of the FrameSvgItem items only happen delayed on the next 
theme switch, as if they are in a one-step pipe.

You can try with the calculator applet.
Actually, things seem broken all over the place... any idea where I should 
file this? Look And Feel KCM?
And can anybody reproduce?
