[Differential] [Request, 3 lines] D955: Remove KCrash from KSldApp

REVISION SUMMARY
  We need the applications linking KSldApp to integrate with KCrash,
  not the library itself. E.g. kwin_wayland doesn't want KCrash to
  autorestart.
