Kiosk Documentation?

Hi,
i just wanted to look at the new kiosk implementation for plasma 5.7, 
but i'm not really sure where to look. I tried

but further links there are brokenore empty:

What is the correct source for the kiosk documentation?
Is PlasmaScripting still available?
I found https://userbase.kde.org/KDE_System_Administration/Kiosk/Keys 
too, but a example how to set these as readonly in kde-neon for example 
would be nice?
