REVISION SUMMARY
  By doing a roundtrip with a Timer (QMetaObject::invokeMethod with QueuedConnection isn't sufficient) we delay showing the panel window until its contents have settled and we avoid visual glitches.

TEST PLAN
  This is an alternative approach to https://phabricator.kde.org/D2475 and https://phabricator.kde.org/D2476 which don't need adjustments to the Panel QML.
